Summary of, “If the homeless can’t have their tiny houses, what can they have?”

The homeless don’t receive any major support or help from people as they should be getting.  They have no where to go and have nothing to eat and are left on the side of the streets.  There are people who try to help them but someone with greater power often takes this away leaving the homeless back to how they were.  The same problem was talked about in, “If the homeless can’t have their tiny houses, what can they have?”, by the Times Editorial Board.  The tiny homes that were made for the homeless were thrown away by the sanitation workers in Los Angeles.  They were thrown away like trash when these were made by people who cared and donated to help the homeless.  But Curren Price had a reasonable explanation as to why they were remove, he said, “We don’t need temporary, Band-Aid solutions, we need a permanent fix”.  The city made plans to accommodate the homeless but it would cost millions for them to do so.  Another problem would be that making these plans would take a long time, so what is going to happen to the homeless during this time?  Are they getting temporary housing because the tiny houses they were in were thrown away so we should be making something that is fast and effective to the 44,000 homeless in LA and every where else. https://www.flickr.com/photos/henriquev/   Bibliography “If the Homeless Can’t Have Their Tiny Houses, What Can They Have?” Los Angeles Times.
